PowerSchool Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PowerSchool Administrator to manage and optimize its PowerSchool environment across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom API integrations and scripts between PowerSchool and third-party systems
• Define and enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance with FERPA and HIPAA
• Track system uptime and data accuracy metrics, reporting monthly to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PowerSchool administration in a multi-campus configuration
• Proficiency in SQL, ReportWorks, Data Export Manager, and Custom Pages
• Project management experience (PMP or Agile certification preferred)
• Experience with PowerSchool Plug-ins and custom API development (preferred)
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (Ed-Fi, AWS Redshift) (preferred)
