Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to represent user voices and integrate feedback into design solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic discovery and advocate for best practices in UX processes
• Lead design efforts and mentor junior design staff while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product design
• Demonstrated mastery in at least two core disciplines such as visual design, UX design, prototyping, or user research
• Knowledge of AI, Natural Language, and Machine Learning
• Proven ability to create alignment among senior management and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex content into user scenarios
