Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement and Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client engagement phases, including identification, launch, delivery, and closure
• Establish client relationships and contribute to innovative solutions within procurement and supply chain
• Manage project plans, critical paths, and high-risk activities while implementing change control processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in global implementations with adaptability to multiple time zones
• Strong business acumen to understand business needs and service requirements
• Ability to manage project milestones, risks, and financials effectively
