Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable Jira stories
• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Own the QA process by documenting test suites and validating final delivery to production

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a product analyst or agile delivery role
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and agile delivery
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow ITSM or similar
