Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development & Marketing Associate, Promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and execution of strategic promotional programs and initiatives
• Own and maintain promotional development timelines and calendars, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Collect and analyze data from previous promotions to provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in product development in CPG, wellness, beauty, or cosmetics
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end development timelines and cross-functional project execution
• Understanding of packaging development timelines and experience sourcing packaging components
• Familiarity with the nutraceutical skin and haircare space and competitive landscape
• Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus
