Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle or growth marketing programs
- Proficient in engagement analytics, SQL or BI tools, and A/B-testing frameworks
- Technical literacy with HTML/CSS/JSON for template adjustments and troubleshooting
- Experience in framing problems and prioritizing experiments like a Product Manager
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments
