Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core non-clinical operational processes that support frontline teams
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to plan and execute roll-out of new launches
• Establish and monitor key business metrics post-rollouts and perform data analyses to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role or at a high growth startup, ideally with Product & Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and improve processes through data analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Operational skills with the ability to focus on details and provide strategic direction
• Experience with modeling and data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets; Looker experience is a plus
