Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Retailing and Fare Management APIs, diagnosing and resolving complex issues
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing ATPCO products to meet their business objectives
- Document recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related challenges
