Project Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Analyst to support its Operational Finance team within the centralized Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project tracking and performance analysis within the PMO's Operational Finance team
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs across various projects and business units
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including variance analysis and budget reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, FP&A, or project-based financial analysis
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities
