Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Advisor/Properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control engineering and construction of major facilities and material handling systems
• Provide project/construction management support to the department and other divisions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architectural, engineering, or construction discipline
• Seven years of related experience in architectural, engineering, material handling, and construction practices
• Experience in commercial/industrial construction, contract negotiations, and contract administration
• Knowledge of estimating and scheduling with emphasis on project management
