Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for bidding, managing, and negotiating all contracts for home renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance
• Negotiate costs and source products to improve quality and lower expenses
• Develop scopes of work and budgets, and manage relationships with contractors and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus
