Key Responsibilities
- Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance
- Negotiate costs and source products to improve quality and reduce expenses
- Develop scopes of work, manage contractor relationships, and recruit new vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Understanding of Spanish is a plus
