Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls and make outbound calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Utilize training and resources to address patient and healthcare provider inquiries
- Complete required application and reorder documentation while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must pass typing and customer service assessments
- Established home internet connectivity with minimum speed requirements
