Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support is a plus
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Empathy and patience in addressing caregivers' needs and concerns
