Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately respond to health care inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through various communication channels
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them on the initial contact while meeting productivity and performance metrics
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system and participate in continuous training to enhance proficiency


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Technology literate with experience in navigating multiple screens or web browsers
  • Ability to work any schedule between 8AM CT and 6PM HT
  • A private and secure workspace with high-speed internet is required
  • Experience in a contact center, with chat messaging and military connectedness preferred
