Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers daily via email regarding inquiries about products and services
- Address retail customer service inquiries primarily for English-speaking markets
- Encourage customers to purchase higher-priced items and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
- High-speed, stable internet connection
