Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Account Management
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software preferred
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and holding a quota
- Ability to communicate effectively with various customer levels, including C-level executives
- C1/C2 level of English proficiency
