Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and inquiries
- Document issues and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Technology driven; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
- Document manipulation experience
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
