Key Responsibilities

  • Log incidents and resolutions accurately into the service management database while adhering to Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of technical support or IT experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and ability to diagnose software and hardware issues
  • General understanding of Retail Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
