- Log incidents and resolutions accurately into the service management database while adhering to Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of technical support or IT experience
- Understanding of Microsoft products and ability to diagnose software and hardware issues
- General understanding of Retail Systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
