Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to join their customer success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely and successful renewals of subscriptions
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals or account management for a SaaS business
- Strong understanding of renewal processes and best practices
- Experience with forecasting and data management, ideally using SFDC
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for technology and understanding of how solutions empower businesses
