A company is looking for a Risk Operations Lead to manage risk operations and ensure compliance within their product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Risk Operations agents handling customer disputes and reviewing flagged accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding dispute reports and evaluate documentation for validity
- Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to improve internal processes and flag necessary account activity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in risk operations or compliance-related roles
- 3+ years of experience managing risk operation teams
- Experience in financial services, accounting, or self-employment
- Self-starter approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Zendesk, SQL, and project management tools is a plus
