Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to support requests via Slack, email, and phone
• Manage shipping updates, tracking information, and handle customer concerns regarding orders

• Working knowledge of air filters and HVAC systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Pipedrive, Supplybuy, and Django Admin
• General knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft 360, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate self-motivation
