A company is looking for a Sales Support Application Specialist who will assist in onboarding new customers and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Input statements into the quoting system and unify the quoting process
- Document existing processes and create templates to improve team efficiency
- Assist merchants with application paperwork and work with underwriters for account approvals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales, tech, or product support
- 2+ years experience in a Merchant Services environment
- Willingness to learn about sales departments and perform administrative tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong motivation and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
