Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Application Specialist who will assist in onboarding new customers and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Input statements into the quoting system and unify the quoting process
• Document existing processes and create templates to improve team efficiency
• Assist merchants with application paperwork and work with underwriters for account approvals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, tech, or product support
• 2+ years experience in a Merchant Services environment
• Willingness to learn about sales departments and perform administrative tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Strong motivation and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
