Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce & Systems Administrator to oversee Salesforce and related tools for their Go-To-Market teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce and related GTM systems
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system configurations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar systems admin role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder is a plus
- Experience with system administration across Customer Success and Sales support tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and configuration
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools
