Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Automation Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and analyze existing processes for improvement and automation
• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including designing and maintaining automation workflows
• Ensure data integrity, conduct testing, and provide training and support to staff on Salesforce best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, focusing on automation
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce automation solutions
• Experience with Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
