Senior Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Director to lead business development initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships
• Manage the end-to-end transaction process from sourcing to integration
• Develop deal structures and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA degree or higher in finance, business administration, or a quantitative subject, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in healthcare corporate development or management consulting
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare services investment banking or private equity is a plus
• Understanding of value-based care payment models preferred
• Collaborative, team-based approach to work is critical
