Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify expected value and growth opportunities for new clients
- Conduct onboarding trainings and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts
- Execute renewals and expansions while driving customer advocacy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record managing a book of business of 50+ accounts
- Experience in driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsells, or cross-sells
- Customer-driven personality with empathetic and emotional intelligence skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1)
