Senior Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Data Governance & Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and challenge data governance program deliverables to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations
• Verify data-related issues and remediation activities, including root cause analysis and sustainability of fixes
• Assess data-related risks and evaluate the design and effectiveness of related controls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field
• 8+ years in data management, technology risk, or cyber risk management
• Prior experience in senior analyst roles supporting data governance or risk oversight
• Experience in mid-to-large-sized financial institutions
• Exposure to second-line risk functions or data governance roles
