Senior Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Business Development & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new market opportunities and validate demand with stakeholders
• Translate early-stage ideas into business models, including market sizing and operational requirements
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution requirements and ensure alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in product, strategy, or business development roles within healthcare
• Expertise in evaluating opportunities and developing business models with external partners
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred
• Experience identifying and managing strategic partnerships
