Senior Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Global Corporate Development (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions and manage all stages of the process
• Conduct business assessments and financial modeling to inform valuation and bidding strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives and manage internal and external deal teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory
• End-to-end M&A execution experience with a proven deal volume track record
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• BS in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or relevant field; MBA preferred
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
