- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with global team management experience
- Experience with retention, churn, and expansion KPIs in a recurring revenue context
- Strong operational mindset and familiarity with systems like Gainsight or Salesforce
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across departments
