Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of demand management strategies to align with organizational goals
• Oversee financial management of data-related projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
• Drive the establishment and tracking of OKRs across the Data Office to foster a results-oriented culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data management or business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in demand management, financial oversight, and program management
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with OKRs across functions
• Expertise in budgeting, accounting, and financial systems
