Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5-6 Account Directors across North America
  • Co-sell and personally lead the company's largest and most strategic pursuits, building trusted relationships with enterprise executives
  • Own a $10M+ ARR target across both net-new and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, with 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • Experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals with F1000 customers and influencing C-level decision makers
  • Proven ability to manage a hybrid model of territories and named accounts
  • Video industry or communications SaaS experience preferred but not required
  • Strong operator mindset with comfort managing up, across, and down
