Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5-6 Account Directors across North America
- Co-sell and personally lead the company's largest and most strategic pursuits, building trusted relationships with enterprise executives
- Own a $10M+ ARR target across both net-new and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, with 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
- Experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals with F1000 customers and influencing C-level decision makers
- Proven ability to manage a hybrid model of territories and named accounts
- Video industry or communications SaaS experience preferred but not required
- Strong operator mindset with comfort managing up, across, and down
