A company is looking for a Senior Director, Chief of Staff & Head of Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, managing the People Team's operating rhythms and initiatives
• Lead the People Strategy & Operations and Project Management teams, ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities
• Manage high-impact cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or organizational transformation, preferably in a Chief of Staff or leadership role
• Experience managing teams and handling confidential information with a high degree of autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to talent and culture priorities using data-driven insights
• Strong organizational and program management skills with a focus on execution and results
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement in a fast-paced environment
