Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned departments, building and maintaining financial models
• Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and support for month-end processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related analytical field
• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A or financial operations
• Experience in complex organizations; nonprofit, healthcare, or international exposure is a plus
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and meet tight deadlines
