Senior Global Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Category Manager - Indirect Materials - Professional Services/HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing initiatives and strategies for assigned categories
• Lead supplier selection processes and negotiate contracts in alignment with business partners
• Manage contracts and supplier performance through scorecards and periodic reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain is required
• Master's Degree in a technical field is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategically sourcing target categories, including negotiations
• 15+ years of experience in medical device, operations, or manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills are required
