A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of soft skills and development experiences for leaders
- Own the strategy, execution, and improvement of a key learning initiative
- Consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness using data
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
- Proven ability to take ownership of a learning initiative
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills across digital and live formats
- Experience with LMS platforms and multimedia development tools
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs preferred
