Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of soft skills and development experiences for leaders
• Own the strategy, execution, and improvement of a key learning initiative
• Consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness using data

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
• Proven ability to take ownership of a learning initiative
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills across digital and live formats
• Experience with LMS platforms and multimedia development tools
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs preferred
