Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage mortgage loan processing tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs and accurately calculate income for borrowers
• Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure completeness before underwriting
• Maintain communication with customers and coordinate loan closings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
• Current experience with purchase loans
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
• Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
