Senior Machine Learning Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Researcher to lead the evaluation and optimization of large-scale datasets for AI model training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and apply statistical and machine learning methods to curate and enrich large-scale unstructured datasets
• Develop frameworks to assess data diversity and quality, and collaborate with model training teams to optimize dataset performance
• Evaluate external datasets for integration and contribute to the development of tools for data preprocessing and validation

Required Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent Master's Degree plus 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning or related quantitative fields
• Strong understanding of AI model training pipelines and experience with large, unstructured datasets
• Background in statistical analysis, bias detection, and data validation
• Able to identify high-impact problems and drive independent solutions
• Experience with statistical approaches to assess data quality is preferred
