Key Responsibilities
- Support business units by identifying and implementing process improvements for service excellence and efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to identify gaps and inform decision-making
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain tools for process transparency and executive reporting
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in process improvement or operational support in a large environment
- 5+ years of experience using data to improve processes and inform recommendations
- 4+ years of experience in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in healthcare or health insurance preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating executive-facing deliverables
