Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding operations experience for frontline roles, including calendar coordination and systems provisioning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding experience and speed-to-productivity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead operational projects and optimize processes supporting frontline teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical strategy, preferably in high-growth or tech-enabled care delivery
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience in improving or building processes and navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency in using data to guide work and uncover insights for improvements
- Familiarity with data dashboard tools and project management software
