Senior Manager of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding operations experience for frontline roles, including calendar coordination and systems provisioning
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding experience and speed-to-productivity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead operational projects and optimize processes supporting frontline teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical strategy, preferably in high-growth or tech-enabled care delivery
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience in improving or building processes and navigating ambiguity
• Proficiency in using data to guide work and uncover insights for improvements
• Familiarity with data dashboard tools and project management software
