A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Retention Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end customer journey focusing on retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Design, launch, and optimize automated post-purchase journeys across various channels to drive repeat purchases
- Lead the development of retention marketing strategy and monitor key performance indicators for actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing strategy with a proven record of increasing engagement and reducing churn
- Deep expertise in leading omnichannel lifecycle campaigns, preferably in a high-growth B2C subscription environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo and Braze, with knowledge of ESP architecture and automation features
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
