A company is looking for a Senior Manager Global Procurement - Strategic Capability Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the procurement capability framework
- Support annual benchmarking efforts to inform planning and future-state strategy
- Drive execution of priority initiatives across people, process, technology, and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of procurement, strategy, or capability enablement experience, or
- Master's degree and 4 years of procurement, strategy, or capability enablement experience, or
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of procurement, strategy, or capability enablement experience, or
- Associate's degree and 10 years of procurement, strategy, or capability enablement experience, or
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of procurement, strategy, or capability enablement experience
