Senior NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network outages and performance issues
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for major network events
• Provide mentoring and technical oversight to junior NOC staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering federal network infrastructure
• Expertise in incident management, routing & switching protocols, VPN technologies, load balancers, monitoring & alerting tools, and firewalls
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or F5 BIG-IP certification preferred
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Engineer (PCNSE) preferred
