Senior Patient Accounts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up activities on patient accounts to resolve outstanding balances
• Research accounts using various applications and resources to ensure timely resolution
• Assist in training new staff and support team members with backlogged accounts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance collections
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance billing and collections processes
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
