Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Conversion Consultant responsible for supporting payroll integration for retirement plan services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a project manager and primary contact for payroll integration, addressing client needs and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Ensure successful setup of payroll integration for both standard and complex retirement plan sales
- Provide expertise and training to Payroll Consultants, resolving complex issues and facilitating communication with clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 - 7 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for payroll processing knowledge
- Experience with recordkeeping software and defined contribution plans is preferred
- Ability to train new team members on policies and procedures
- Proficiency in project management and coordination with internal departments
