Senior Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Conversion Consultant responsible for supporting payroll integration for retirement plan services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager and primary contact for payroll integration, addressing client needs and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Ensure successful setup of payroll integration for both standard and complex retirement plan sales
• Provide expertise and training to Payroll Consultants, resolving complex issues and facilitating communication with clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 - 7 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for payroll processing knowledge
• Experience with recordkeeping software and defined contribution plans is preferred
• Ability to train new team members on policies and procedures
• Proficiency in project management and coordination with internal departments
