Senior Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst, Portfolio Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data inputs for structuring commercial solutions in support of Transactions Management pursuits
• Perform internal proforma analysis and support the deal approval process across global regions
• Contribute to the improvement of pricing tools and maintain a database of client real estate data

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant real estate work experience, preferably in Transaction Management
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Independent worker with a team player attitude
• Ability to work effectively in remote settings and across global time zones
• Proficiency using Excel and similar tools
