Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations to drive cost savings and service improvements
• Strategically manage benefits programs in collaboration with HR and Finance
• Oversee equity modeling and compliance to support executive compensation and regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in benefits or procurement in a finance-forward environment
• Financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus
• Experience preparing executive-facing decision materials and managing sensitive information
• Demonstrated success in leading cost-saving procurement projects and contract negotiations
• Highly analytical with a pragmatic mindset capable of simplifying complex concepts
