Key Responsibilities

- Oversee equity modeling and compliance to support executive compensation and regulatory adherence
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in benefits or procurement in a finance-forward environment
- Financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus
- Experience preparing executive-facing decision materials and managing sensitive information
- Demonstrated success in leading cost-saving procurement projects and contract negotiations
- Highly analytical with a pragmatic mindset capable of simplifying complex concepts
