Key Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and enhancement of Excel-based compensation tools for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Compensation Analysts to process and validate compensation calculations and ensure timely payments
- Implement data quality controls and oversee the execution of compensation programs, including incentive calculations and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Experience with large datasets and complex calculations
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
