Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and enhancement of Excel-based compensation tools for improved accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Compensation Analysts to process and validate compensation calculations and ensure timely payments
• Implement data quality controls and oversee the execution of compensation programs, including incentive calculations and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros
• Experience with large datasets and complex calculations
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
