Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Transformation Lead to join their Activation Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives for organizational transformation
- Lead planning and delivery of strategic programs, developing processes to track and manage execution
- Design and implement change management strategies and training programs for new processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or enterprise program/project leadership
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in building processes, teams, or capabilities from the ground up
- A bachelor's degree is required
